Thank you for using DockFix! We take your privacy seriously and want to be transparent about the data we collect and how it’s used. DockFix is developed and maintained by AppVerge, a studio founded by Gustav Lübker to create secure, high-quality apps like DockFix.

We only collect the essential information needed to manage your app licenses, payments, and other app functionality such as sending feedback. This includes your email address and name, which are necessary to register and manage your DockFix license. Additionally, if you reach out for support through our website, we may collect some information about your device to help diagnose and resolve issues, but we do not retain this data for long.

To improve DockFix and enhance the user experience, we also collect some anonymized data such as device information, use of the app, and your country. This data is not linked to you personally and is used only for internal product improvement. We do not collect or store detailed tracking data beyond what is strictly necessary for this purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share any of your personal data with third parties. Any anonymized tracking data we collect is strictly for internal use to improve DockFix, and it is not linked to your identity or shared externally.

Payment Information

Payments for DockFix are processed securely through Stripe Payments. We only store limited payment information such as your email and name which is linked to your license for future access. No other payment details are saved anywhere or shared with third parties.

DockFix offers a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the app before purchasing. If you encounter technical issues after purchase that prevent the app from functioning as described, please contact us at mail@dockfix.app within 14 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if we cannot fix it, we may provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

From time to time, we may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
