Answers

Common questions.

Most questions are answered here. If yours is not, the board and the Discord are both open to everyone.

Discord is the fastest option, and questions are answered in the open so everyone benefits. Email is best for anything private, such as licence or billing problems. Feature requests and bug reports belong on the UserJot board, where they can be voted on and tracked.
It replaces the macOS Dock with one you control completely: colours, opacity, size, position, animations, custom app icons, folders, website shortcuts, presets, the file shelf, widgets, window previews and more.
Yes. DockFix requires no special permissions and never asks you to disable System Integrity Protection. It hides the system Dock while it runs and restores it when you quit, so nothing is changed permanently.
No. DockFix uses under 1% CPU on average. It runs on Apple silicon and Intel, on macOS 14 or later.
No. There is no tracking and no usage collection of any kind. We store your email address to manage your licence and answer support, and nothing else.
Seven days with every feature unlocked and no card required. Buy a licence at any point during the trial or after it, and your settings carry straight over.
Press Recover inside the app and we will send it to the email address you bought with.
No. The new version is free for existing customers. Your licence carries over automatically, with nothing to move, reactivate or buy again.

Everything goes on our public board rather than into a private inbox. You can see what other people have asked for, add your vote, and follow a request from posted through to shipped.
